We understand approaching the future is a daunting task so we’ve created The Futurist’s Perspective, a low cost introductory peek into the future of several topics. Our intent is to introduce you both to FirstMatter as a company and futuring as a strategic tool. The Futurist’s Perspective allows businesses of any size or description to access our thoughts on a broad range of subjects.
We offer insights into the following ten discrete subject areas, each monitored on an ongoing basis:
The introductory level of participation entitles you to a written Futurist’s Perspective on any of the ten subjects. Each topic is continuously monitored to ensure you receive the very latest and best thinking. You’ll get an inside look at the issues driving each area; access best of class tactical and strategic executions; as well as looking at what is on, and over, the horizon. A fee of $5,000 (per subject) entitles you to the Futurist’s Perspective White Paper. Three hour long individualized conference calls to discuss the content of the White Paper are also available for an additional $2,500.
At the second level of engagement FirstMatter’s Futurist’s Perspective series moves to a participatory onsite dialogue. Watts Wacker will spend a day with you at your location. The program consists of a half-day presentation and a half-day of facilitation addressing your specific opportunities, challenges and/or threats.
The onsite dialogue described in Step Two can also be fully customized. At this level of engagement clients provide FirstMatter with appropriate background material including a full review of the issues you identify as important, so that we can prepare a fully customized presentation in advance. This specifically tailored session is designed to both accelerate and focus the level of discussion. FirstMatter will prepare a full review of, and response to, your issues before we meet. This “value added” service allows your team to move directly to a discussion of next step implementation and execution.
Many clients have requested we provide a “post analysis” of the dialogue sessions. In response to these requests we’ve created a Level Four engagement. This engagement takes the form of a briefing document that identifies implications and conclusions emerging from the dialogue session; recommends a series of specific next steps; and provides a historical analysis of how other organizations have successfully addressed similar circumstances.
